As we prepare for your arrival at the GFPP24 congress, we need to gather some details about your travel plans for Sunday, June 22nd.

  1. How you will be arriving – either by car directly to Aussois, or by train to Modane.

  2. If arriving by train, please provide your estimated arrival time so we can coordinate shuttle services.

  3. If you need a shuttle service from Modane to Aussois, kindly let us know so we can reserve a spot for you.

    GFPP24 – Optional June 24th Afternoon Activities

    As part of the congress program, we invite you to take part in one of the optional activities scheduled for the afternoon of Tuesday, June 24th.

    Please indicate your top 3 preferences in the form below. We will do our best to assign each participant to one of their preferred activities, depending on availability.

    Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — the earlier you respond, the more likely you are to get your top choice!


    🥾 Hiking – 45 places

    A scenic guided hike through the stunning mountain landscapes around Aussois. Suitable for participants with a moderate level of fitness. Hiking shoes and walking poles will be provided.

    🎢 4 season sled – 55 places

    Experience the thrill of the summer sled run! A fun and fast-paced activity that’s perfect for letting off steam while enjoying the alpine views.

    🧘 Yoga – 25 places

    A gentle, restorative yoga session led by a certified instructor. Ideal for relaxing and recharging body and mind in a peaceful setting. Mats provided.

    🧗 Climbing – 20 places

    Supervised outdoor climbing on natural rock. This activity is suitable for beginners and intermediate climbers. All equipment will be provided.

    🏰 Guided Historical Tour of Aussois and the Fort – 40 places

    A fascinating walking tour through the village of Aussois and its historic fort. Learn about the region’s rich cultural and military heritage from a local guide.
